*7" Titanium sandwich cone midrange drive unit- The 7" midrange unit is a good example of technology serving art. The inner layer is made of Syntactic Polymer Hardfoam, the outer layer is Graphite with a layer of Titanium sputtered onto its surface in a microdeposition layer. This design combines graphite's elasticity, Titanium's stiffness and a specially designed copper Faraday Ring. Counter-electromotive force is minimized, giving and extremely fast and dynamic midrange.
*Crossovers are all wired point to point by a Volent senior technician using the highest grade components.
* 12" Nomex Hexcone woofer capable of an extremely dynamic and fast impulse response. Cone is comprised of Kevlar and Nomex material in a sandwich structure.
*Heil AMT: Volent has sourced the highest quality German Heil Air Motion Transformer driver available today. The treble performance of the Heil driver is legendary, and the Volent Paragon VL-4 represents the best implementation of this driver ever. The sweetest, most natural treble reproduction you will ever hear, perfectly integrated into a wonderful midrange and jaw dropping bass performance.
